If you are an exporter, or do business overseas, then yay for you.
In about a year, interest rates should drop close to like they did the last time they wre down around 5%. Better buy that real estate when it happens.

I won’t hold my breath on the “Canadians will come to Buffalo to buy more stuff” theory. I’ve been to Toronto, they have the same or better than anything in Buffalo. :shrug:
