I went to TMP and ran into Dan (happy) and a few other guy’s. In full street trim with spare tire, jack, all interior peices in and almost 1/2 a tank of gas. Oh and the car is a HYCAS with stock suspension.
I ran a 13.6 @ 105mph to beat an STI who’s top speed was faster then mine but I cut a better light.
I have a rather consistant R/T. I got 3 time slips for the night and the R/T’s were .154 .133 and .124.
Jesus - I had no idea wou were pushing that much boost. Nice!!![/quote]
No No I had the tire preasure at 20 psi
I hit about 10 psi boost
I am not runing the MS …It has not been in my car for over a year now. I just have an old school SAFC with the dials.
The car has not been dyno tuned or even tuned with the wide band …just good old seat of the pants drive the shi* out of your car if it blows up owell street tune.

I just braught the rpm up a bit and when the pretty lights started changing colour I popped the clutch and mashed the gas. Some feathereing was required depending on how much the tires were spining.
I figured it would be something like this, guess i’ll just feel it out…i’ve found feathering 1st and 2nd seems to do good things on mine so I was just curious. Thanks…
I had the ra1’s at reg psi 44 or so and the spun really bad even after a small burn out.
When I droped them to 25 they were better and 20 was even better then that.
There was atleast 1/2 hour between runs so it was not that the tires were get warm.
The RA1’s were on my rims from the last couple of track days and they are now toast. So why not try them at the strip??? They are better then street tires.
I only go to the drags when I change or add something to see if the change was good or bad.
It is not worth it for me to go out and buy Mickey Thompsons.
But if someone has a set they would like to let me try out then I would gladly do so.
