eg> the 180sx front brakes are the same as a altima/ maxima ( i think ) so what car can i get the back from ( bigger than stock 240sx )
180sx has the exact same rear brake setup as a usdm 240sx
so only thing you could look for is a Z32 rear setup but you would need quite a few parts to full it off as the Z32 has a inner drum ebrake where as a 240sx has a caliper by-pass
JDM S14/S15 has a bigger single piston rear caliper, but they have the same handbrake system so it’s easy to swap.
How sure are you on that one ? “any proof” ?
Only reason I ask is because S13/S14/S15, whether USDM or JDM all have a 258x9mm Rear Rotors so when you say a JDM S14/S15 has a bigger dia Piston you would assume it also has a larger Rotor but just from guessing I couldnt see the Larger Dia Piston/Caliper still holding the same size 9mm Pad
Wouldnt it be like trying to use a 26mm Pad in a 30mm Z32 Caliper ? or Running a Silvia/180SX front Caliper on a stock 240sx Rotor ?
