pretrimmed height… looks wide but its roughly an inch or so from the body
mock up side tubes…

finished up my new seat mounts / cage to frame… also added sick LED reverse lights from Baja designs… made in the USA
so they fucked up powder coating my axle housings… sent them back… came back like shit a 2nd time… paint just flaked right off… sigh
update: -rear axle redone/rebraced
shit color they made wrong
new rear
new front
wife made me bump stop plates
back on the wheels again. redid brake system. redid house routing. changed some
minor link geometry… still need to prime steering and get that
situated…
this thing is so cool
+1
BUILT a spare tire carrier… it will swing down so I can get to rear door and remove the carrier easily. I most likely will not wheel with it on unless overlanding. it sits a bit higher than I wanted it to, but there are 2 positions 1 higher ( to clear receiver so I can remove it easily) and 1 lower by about inches ( if I use on trail)
You need a mini wench to pull up that tire / entry way.
I honestly thought about it… I do have a small smittybuilt 4k brand new in a box on the shelf lol
fuck yes.
Real nice.
added a sick front diff guard to protect my air line for the locker… also finished up a new panel in rear for toolbox mount. All packed up and ready for Texas, I can almost do a wheelie with all the gear in the back haa!
Looks like a lot of fun man
Texas SCARR trip
nothing broke on the new set up… lost 3 out of 4 fender flares tho… some nasty trails out there haha
Damn it looks like you scraped the sides of the truck up a few times.
all body panels are scrape-less lol I can not say that much for the fender flares tho…
Very nice. The caps at the ends are a nice finishing touch.
