I went and looked at it today, it fired right up i rode it down the street and i was ready to buy it and there is only a copy of a title. Sucks would have been cool for the girlfriend to learn on!

Correct. Click the moped link from your link. It says MCO, bill of sale, OR previous registration transferred to you. Then below that “Title required? No.”
The DMV is a bunch of pricks, brent and I went their And they said that all of that is required, I was baffled that the site misleads you on this and then their is more surprises when you go to the DMV… And on top o that you have to apply for a motorcycle license too it’s a crock of bs when you go their the lady was old and acted like she knew it all…

It’s the fact that they won’t allow the copy to be used and then it has to be registered as a bike when it’s a scooter doesn’t make sense they need go get their shit straight there… Good thing the DMV is only 5 mins away from me lol
