Well i hate to sell this as i just got the damn thing a few weeks ago, but my current situation is forcing me to sell this. i had every intion to put this on the road and drive it, but now someone else can do so! for sale is a 2005 Verucci VC50-7. this bike is equipped with a 50cc engine and a 4speed manual transmission. bike has 217miles on it. has electric start and kick start. great starter bike, as it is a full size bike. bike has been layed down by previous owner but it does not affect the performance of the bike, please look at the pics for the damage. this bike starts every time and like a charm. you do no need a motorcycle licence to ride this bike. im asking $500obo.

Thanks Jake! Jake had seen this thing run and move he even helped me get it out of my truck when I got it home… Does 35-40 easily you can even get a 100cc bore kit for $82 and go 60-65! I was going to buy the kit but like I said funds are tight and I need money! Also I’m willing to trade for $500 worth of dsm parts including a evo3 16g turbo, dsm link v3 (need ecu already chipped), 1000cc injectors, act clutch, wideband and egt gauges etc, lmk what you have! Cash is preferred or I can cut a deal on a part and cash…
Yea thats what I thought in ny, they dont do it by engine size but i think if it goes faster than 30 mph… it does need an M endorsement (i could be wrong)
The trick is, they go by what it was previously registered as/ what people register theres as. EX. my ruckus was previously registered as a motorcycle, I was able to turn in my title and get it registered LMA, still had to get a permit though
You only need a drivers license, I looked it up (I’ll link it if needed be) it’s considered a scooter anything below 30mph they will allow, previous owner had it registered as a scooter it will do 35-40 no problem but they see it as only doing 30 because it’s a 50cc
