Also, in case no one knows polaris has a app for android that shows trails. Uses GPS so you know where you are. Its not 100% accurate but its a good base.
I was thinking of heading out but I think we are putting together a ride tomorrow. Maybe head out to bliss again before this thaw comes through.
I’m planning on leaving from the Kwik Fill on Clinton and heading to Boston tomorrow. With the temps coming up, I’m hoping it won’t be the last ride of the year, but after least season you can’t be too sure.
Be careful out there. After the wind storm yesterday there will definitely be downed trees and branches.
C4 trail in Holland is fantastic. Did about 35miles so far. Not as bad as I expected. Sitting on t he side of the trail for a small break.
Rode in Concord and Springville on C4, except for 1 wooded section up by Davis Hill Rd conditions were decent.
Heading out this morning if anyone wants to join at the red apple in strykersville.
Did 90 miles yesterday through Hamburg, Eden, Boston, Springville. They’re in decent shape for the limited snowfall we’ve had. Boston would be very nice if they’d get out and groom it.
Got about 50 miles on today from strykersville to north java and back. Not a good ride though. It was so bumpy, all my straps holding my tunnel bag broke, my car keys came out and got ran over and destroyed my key fob.
Then we were riding through a field, on trail and my buddy hit an unmarked ditch almost on the trail and rolled his sled 4 times. Minor damage but he was hurtin pretty good. Be careful guys, the trails aren’t going to get any better this week!

I’m no longer sledless. The deal on the GSX fell through last night but I think it was for the better. Went to Central Square this morning and picked up an 06 Skidoo mxz 600 sdi HO x-package. Electric start, reverse, new ice ripper track and 3900 miles.
Nice sled!!! I have the 2006 800 and I love the ride, I’m sure you will too. Im jealous of that windshield too!

JayS nice sled I just jumped on the Ski Doo bandwagon from Arctic Cat with a 2012 TNT 600 with estart and reverse. Loving it so far. Rob I’m happy I didn’t go since sleep was prob the better idea as I’m working at the moment.

I went out around 1 and got back around 4:30 on Saturday. Just over 45 miles, I was by myself so I just cruised around. Very relaxing not having to worry about anyone in the group. Normally I never ride alone but I stayed with in cell range and checked in with my brother every once in a while with my location. On a side note I averaged 10.4 mpg, pretty good. Tach is usually between 5-6k while in the fields till I pin it then it jumps to 8k which is perfect. Home brew clutch kit is working great, fast back shift, pulls strong but I really need studs. I just leave piles every time I pin it. My bro has a stock 700mxz with studs and I pull 2 lengths by 70ish. Would be more if I could hook. That little 670 is real strong even if I only have 120hp, trqy son of a bitch.
Also saw some parking lot super stars at the red apple. Bunch wanna be racers with number plates. Cant stop blimping the throttle, that bugs me. Don’t mind me with green full face and yellow glove’s. I start up and my sled sounds pissed of, I get a few wtf looks
Hopefully not running a loud can? Nothing gets trails shut down faster than loud sleds.
