2011-2012 Snowmobile Season

Conditions looked pretty damn good!

Btw I think you passed me one day up in Folsom trails, unless there is another sled like yours around?

I also know how you guys feel…my office chair is not my friend today. My middle finger on my throttle hand is swollen from riding so much. My thumb barely moves too.

I wear the matching jacket and helmet, red gloves and pants. If there was a vapor trail it was more than likely me. I was with two other Ski Doo’s (which hadn’t broken down yet), another Cat, and my buddy on his blue Polaris (veering erratically as his steering sucks)

Ironically, this all went down when we were stopped fixing a cat.

It was right here, you crossed towards me and took a left through a cornfield. (if it was you)

I’m easy to spot, riding a mostly black skidoo MXZ-X with my arctic cat green striped HJC jacket with matching arctic cat green HJC helmet. I just bought the stuff last year and I’m too cheap to buy new just because I switched to team yellow.

That’s just being practical, if it still works who cares. I still wear a green jacket and helmet even though I’ve been riding a black Polaris for the past 11 years.

I rock the bright orange x team racing pullover. Anyone who rides behind me always tells me how much they love it because they can see it through all the roost I throw

lol, you guys are funny. i went for my first ride of the season yesterday and dont feel too sore at all. my arms are the only part of me thats sore from holding onto the arm stretching power and speed of my CAT. something you DOO guys would know nothing about :stuck_out_tongue:

anywho, bobby, as for the jetting change, it really depends on the sled. some need it, some dont. thats something youll need to decide on. most carbed sleds from the factory are rich anyways. i also havent messed with carbs in a while, been riding and racing efi’s for a while now.

bobby head over to http://www.dootalk.com/forums/ for any and all info for your seld

Sorry, no wind turbines in my ride yesterday. I think I saw one other sled like mine around here since I owned it. He’s the slower one.

Well this was a couple weeks ago anyways.

Roost or Debris field… hard to tell when it’s snowing… lolz

  • 1 for Spam!

I think we need to handle this little scrap we have going in some trail riding fashion. You guys talk the talk, but can you ride your sled?

I was an old Polaris guy… Like I’ve got room to talk any shit. And for the record, every rider is a pro-snocross rider, obv.

i aint no snocross racer but i do drag race in semi-pro level classes :dunno:

i know how to mash the throttle so as long as i can hold on and not be thrown off then im in  bahaha

Haha I have 400 miles on my sled from me and that’s the first time I have ever really ridden a sled. I’m just bustin balls here, but seriously, let’s ride! We talked about getting a meet together but then it dissolved the last time the snow melted.

Relax there SuperSled. Smack talking sled brands is as much a part of snowmobiling and snow itself. I personally love this aspect of it. I’ve owned polaris, ski doo, and now Cat. I just never owned a Yamaha because I was never interested in any of their product. You wanna settle up on the trail though…I’m your Huckleberry.

Alright, glad to see we have a willing body. After I leave you behind in some of my “debris”, I’ll take you up on that free beer you’ve been making references to.

You may not have room for beer after drowning in your own tears.

I just cruise and enjoy the ride, to many close calls in my younger years to rip it up anymore.
