Just got home from the Kissing Bridge Hill Climb 2013. I wish I could sat it was as warm as it was last time I did this but I’d be lying. Wanted to thank Dime and his boys for hanging out with me for the 4 hours we waited until it was time for the show. Your buddy has a nice ride…even if it was a Chevy. All your sleds look like the shit and congrats on winning in one of your classes. I wish I could have stayed to watch the big boy run but hypothermia was taking hold and I had some stuff I needed to get done for tomorrow. The GoPro vid came out, sort of, and I need some guidance. It ended up being about 14 minutes long due to the fact we couldn’t tell exactly when our class was running and I didn’t want to forget to turn on the camera. At that length, it’s too big to upload to photobucket. I really need to trim it down to about 3 minutes. Anyone have any tricks / suggestions. Hey NYStanger, nice to meet you too. Hope you made out OK and didn’t miss your heat. Thanks again.

saw nystanger there with his 440/700 mod, nice to see it together and running, saw your buddy you rode up with beat ya on the hill…hope he wasnt raggin on ya too much on the way home 
we can put some time in on the sled to tune things a bit now that you can run it and see how things are acting.

anywho, i drove up with my buddies brian and dillon, dillon raced brians f7 in the SS(improved) 700 and took 1st, though he only made it one round with his cfr800 in the stock 800 class. i took 1st in the SS(improved) 1000 class. definitely better with the adjustments i made on the tune, first round i ran a modded procross 800, crossed the finish line and about 100ft later i look back and he was just crossing the finish line, crushed him lol. in the final i ran against a longtrack polaris(no idea what it was, i just know it was a polaris lol) left the line and i was spinning like a MFer while he grabbed traction and put about 4 sleds on me, but that was as far as he got. i hooked up and took off like a rocket, flew past him about halfway up and had a good 3-4 sleds on him at the finish line lol
hoping we get some snow so i can work on the tune on my sled some more, theres still alot more speed in it but it sure is fun

Def was a fun time watching wish it would have been a little warmer. Drags there again on March 2nd.
didnt even know you were there, did you race at all? the program there was quite different then im used to, but it went by quick. it was def cold! it was nice getting in the warm truck after haha
Thanks for letting me know you where going up. They made me go out and ride wheelers yesterday.
I may try to catch the March 2nd drags. I just picked up my sled the other night and got it back to my shop so that I can drop the front end and tighten it back up. I don’t think my a arm is bent, but my ski is shot. I would love to put some picks in, but may not until summer.
Looks like you guys had fun at the drags. I decided to watch the Sabres game in the warmth of my own home and boy what a bad idea that was.
OK, managed to figure out how to do some video editing. I apologize for the camera angle. No matter how many times I mount that sucker on my head I always think it’s going to be pointed at the sky and it turns out it’s pointed to low. Enjoy.

Trying to talk a buddy into taking tomorrow off and heading for Tug Hill since their extended forecast doesn’t look good either.
I’m thinking we’re done for WNY, just looking at the 10 day for Arcade, NY.
