Proof, me and a friend in HS had the same year car(94), mine was a stang and his was a camaro. We had the SAME mods(CAI, pulleys, exhaust, and auto trans). Id drag him pretty damn good almost every day going home from slow-tech :lol.

Camaro totally dominated the Mustang from 93-02 (last production year), no contest. Stock for stock the late 80’s cars were close, however the aftermarket for the Mustang blew up and the cars had/have a better line of aftermarket parts.
I gotta disagree, the mustang held on till 95, then the tables turned when you guys got an awesome motor, and ford put a 225hp modular in:retardclap:lol. My car and a 94 camaro with the same mods, Id come out on top no matter what race, dig, roll, w/e.

Somethings wrong, I’m sorry. Stock for stock, a 94 Z had 50 (or was it 60?) HP on a 94GT. Modded, that’s another story for sure, but equal bolt on’s, the Z wins, no contest.
