2011 - psphinx81's quest for 9's!

Nice!

What have you done to lighten up this car if anything? When is this getting tuned?

ive removed a bunch of things from the car, but have not and refuse to cut up the car. lightweight parts, removing all of the BS they put it the car from factory, all of that fun stuff… the car still has power everything and all the sound deadening in the car. i also dont run a oil cooler

car is geting tuned in april by david buschur

why no cooler?

i feel there is no need for it, if you autocross the car i would absolutely say to run it. running 20w-50 helps too, i bet my oil temps will be cooler on the new motor.

Whats the difference? Autocross would build more heat?

Well think about it…drag racing you run the car hard for 10sec?

Autocross 1 minute or so…

this about sums it up!

needs another muffler

What muffler is that? That was the first thing I noticed at the track is how much louder your car was then mine. I have a full 3".

i have the buschur SD muffler out back, im putting a magnaflow where my test pipe is. its WAY too loud…

His car has a big turbo. Your stock turbo acts as a plug for that exhaust, where as the large exhaust housing on Paul’s car makes it way louder!

fuck that! it sounds awesome, i say leave it

WOW does that sound demonic. I love it!

Whoaaa beast!!!

I wouldn’t change it, since it’s not a DD.

That makes sence!

pulled it out and drove it again today, couple pics

100% finished bay
