just a small update, motor is going down on december 3rd.
i wanted to “clean up” my interior a little with the gauge placement because it royally sucked going down the track as i was trying to keep an eye on things, proved to be more of a pain than anything. so i picked up a few things:

very nice build, what have you done with the drivetrain? i have been researching trying to figure out the weak links in these cars and it seems drivetrain is on the list

the drivetrain isnt all that bad, its all about the parts you use. my stock tranny went im 95% sure was because of the POS ACT clutch i had in the car, they are absolute GARBAGE for these cars, i would never use one again. the transfercase took a shit ton of abuse too, it just broke this summer at the track. hoosiers + 1.5X 60’s on the stock 03 t-case killed it my second pass, i exploded the diff into shambles :lol:.
i will only tell everyone that there are 3 clutches for these cars that work and will keep your drivetrain in great shape. exedy twin/triple (depending on your power goals), quartermaster twin, or a tilton. however, tiltons are expensive as shit, if you have REALLY deep pockets then go for it lol.
the rear diff, there are options out there to be upgraded and what not. but after a lot of track abuse they do break. most people just toss another stock rear in and call it a day, if mine breaks this year thats what ill probably do.
just remember getting stuff rebuilt when its broke is more expensive than when its good

Yea im on there. the sneezing sound gets annoying and it has a small leak lol.but i was hopein to find something local thats why i figured id ask because i wasnt sure if u had some stuff laying aaround.My car made like 360 on 28 pounds but fell off up in the r’s due to a misfire.so a dli and new bov should deffantly help.id like to see 375 and ill be happy for now.
