Thanks to fairgentlemanZ and all the folks from the SCCA who held the novice course event today at ECC North. Somehow the weather held out and we were all able to get in more runs than we probably deserved. This was a great way to find out the limitations of your vehicle’s engine, brakes, and suspension through a challenging twisty course, at least challenging for newbies. Keep posting upcoming events to let others know when and where to go. I think I would definitely try this again. BTW, hope I didn’t wipe out the timing light at the end of that run!
