2G DSM Horn Not Working

Ok so as the title states, my horn is not working in a 97 Talon.
I have:
Taken the Airbag out and removed the horn bracket and cleaned the contacts.(I used this for the process: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-electrical-wiring/157600-2g-horn-button-fix.html)
Replaced the Horn with a New one.
Replaced the Fuse(Which was Good).
Replaced the Relay(Which was Good).
My first steps were to check the wires with a voltmeter.
But I’m hoping its not the Clock Spring that’s bad.

Anything else that you would suggest to check before advancing any further?

You’ve done most of the work already. The next step is to use a volt meter/test light under the dash for the horn wire. That should have been the first step at it’s the easier/cheaper one. Then move either forward or backward from there depending on if you get a signal. Electrical issues are a PITA.

Oh and on a dsm, this really should be the least of your worries
