Considering the extra amount of power you would have to get used to, I would say you should have an experienced LS1 owner(6 speed) teach you a few things. I am one of the best around so I would be glad to help you out. I would first recomend you get a car that is a faster than your 5.0 but slower than a LS1. I would say a nice LT1 would be a great stating place for you to get used to all this extra power. :cool: :blanyer:
