40 thousand dollars...

i think 40k is a good price, theres alot of high performance cars out there around that price. I’d take an e39 m5, 4.2 v8 s4, a new civic type-r, z06, evo 9mr, or an s15 silvia, all awsome cars in their own rights.

lol V8 S4 FTL 2.7TT FTW!!!

Doc isn’t a member on here, there’s a few people on here you wouldn’t expect.

truth!

I have a cousin in EG a bunch of board members know, he had a ferrari F355 GT spyder, and a supercharged C5, he now has a C5 Z06 and a Porsche 996TT

I’d like to see where one could get a C6 Z06 for $40K. C5 Z, definitely, but I doubt a C6.

yeah i used to ride bikes with him back in the day. hes doing really well for himself i hear. i havent talked to him in years, since i was away for so long.

porsche cayenne S.

used of course

Said it before, I’ll say it again, E36 w/ S54.

08 335i 6mt coupe.

Yeah he was out with us last night in his z06, Apparently he sold the 996TT recently…He’s got a Ducati 1098 as well.

Idk, I figure if you got $40k you got another 1 or 2 grand laying around…I found 2 C6 Z06’s for $41-$42g’s

how many miles were on the z06’s that went for 40ish? tony and drew were sayin used go for around 55-60? i dunno, not too interested because i’d never be able to afford one.

not sure, one was on Ebay…but yes most do go for around 50-60

hes doing really good, since i moved to CT i havent seen him much, i hung out with him about amonth ago though, he just bought a house. Hes done very well, hes a worker man

restore a 240z, c10 2000GT-R (nissan)

or buy a domestic chassis, and see how far i can get. most likly a cuda or chevelle

I’d prolly sit around and wait until the '07 Lotus Exige S came down to 40k and hook that up…

C6 Z06

Here is an example of a C6 Z06 within the $40K range and that was with only 5 minutes of searching.

with 40k i dunno thatd be tuff…06 GTO or maybe just finish my car :ponder

Since $40,000 really isn’t THAT much money, especially as a total for a car including modifications, I’d probably get the same car I’ll most likely be getting next anyways. An '07+ 350Z, Greddy TT kit, coilovers, a racing seat, blah, blah, blah. A great track car that can still be driven on the street. I’d keep the body reasonably stock and go JClark style on the wing…but have a spare hatch at home to put on for the street. I love wingless Z’s ;D

Last week your car choice was a S2000 :nuts

Buy it now is 46K… Not that I’m trying to discredit you but if they are selling within the 40K window than they are kinda sorta almost within my own price range.
