Cant you just grab any Neon tranny … I know it wont have the same gears but would make it atleast drivable…
and I just got a tranny from Car-parts.com (lists parts in local junkyards)for my Jetta…and I looked seems like a few locals have M/T for neons in stock… (2060 is showing one,auto city is showing one…)
I’d rather not put the TSi on the track again. It’s not very fun.
Yes, any 5 speed neon transmission will do for this weekend. However, SRT4 tranny will not fit.
Did you check out the junkyards around there? I might be able to get you a 3.55 from a guy down here and bring it up with me on wednesday, if you cant get one.

Just an FYI for everyone. Do NOT forget the new speeding laws in effect in Ontario. Do NOT exceed 50km/h over the limit unless you plan on cabbing it home. I’ve been advised by a few Canadians they just rented out ANOTHER plane and have extra patrols running for the rest of the year. While I’ve personally only seen 1 cop on the way, I’d hate to see someone caught out.

My car will be fixed…I’m 99% positive. From what I understand, I may have sheered a rollpin on the gear selector on the top of the transmission itself. I thought it was worse. I’ll keep updated.
They don’t care. I went over last year twice with a bad inspection.

I’m pretty sure it’s for everyone. It’s a liability waiver, I think spectators have about the same about of risk of getting injured as any one else.
I thought it was only for drivers, but the liability thing makes sense

Signing the handbook (Onyx Syndicate waiver) is just for drivers. However, EVERYONE will have to sign Dunnville’s waiver when then arrive.
