No. 4L60 and 700r4 are the same. If it has an E after it, then its a 4L60E and its electronically controlled. No TV cable then.
No E, it’s a '93 F-body with the 3.4 v6.

Same as 700R4 then. Sounds like your TV cable is malajusted as well.
