OK here’s the deal
For my 95 talon both door triggers do not work however the trunk trigger does work. I’ve been searching to try and find the wiring diagram for the door triggers and to no avail. I have found a few service manuals online but nothing wit the door trigger layout.
I’ve traced the wires and the wires are not broken or corroded.
I’ve checked the switches and they do work.
I’ve checked fuses and they all are good.
Is there somewhere I’m missing to check? Some hidden fuse? Some wire that has nothing to do with it that I don’t know about.
Are you talking about when locking and unlocking, they wont move?
If so, i know another member on here that i was helping but still never solved the problem.
No the door handle mechanism was frozen on the driver side but I freed that up. I’m talking about the door triggers. the sensors that tell when the door is open and closed.
Oh and quoted so I can tell you how you can’t link to your C: drive and alldata links say I need the password. You could always just tell me it
Lol, what doesn’t go wrong with our cars. I have the same problem, with my passenger side. And recently the hatch, but i found out with the hatch if i wiggle the wire going to the trigger it works.
How long have you had this problem? If the hatch trigger works, its possible the pin switches them selves(the ones with a rubber boot on them in the door opening) might be shot. Unless you checked them for continuity?
just replace the door triggers. it takes about 2 seconds to swap out and I think the replacement part from mitsu is like $12. I had to replace both of mine
