96 2wd Yukon - FS/FT

1996 Yukon 2wd 2dr.

I bought this out of Cali about 6 months ago, was looking to make it my DD but I always seem to get the itch to customize it more. I don’t need three projects, so I am looking to sell it or trade it for something to use as a DD, or for a motor/trans, shop equipment, etc.

The BAD

Yukon has 4 small dings

Has a small rip in the drivers side seat

Interior has some light staining, but it is able to be removed with some steam cleaning or you could just replace the carpet if it bothers you.

Price is $10,000 with the 17/18" wheels or will consider less without them.

Feel free to make an offer, worst I can say is no. At the end of October if it hasn’t sold I will be tearing the interior out for upgrade/replacement.

Might consider trade/part trade for motorcycle, car trailer, 08+ Malibu, Chevelle, Camaro, Mustang, 442, Pre-1987 C-10/K-5/K-10

10 grand? HOLY SHIT

Lol, yeah. Don’t really want to sell it, I just know I would be better off without out it sitting in my garage making me spend money on it rather than my K5.

I know its got a good bit of work, but stock this thing blue books for less than 2k. I’d buy this thing in a heart beat, but for no where near 10

Find a 2dr 2wd for 2k dude, heck even 5k or less. I sold my last one for $7.5k a year and a half ago. KBB need not apply for these, 454SS trucks, short bed trucks or snb of similar years.

Those are all 4x4’s bro.

2wd, 2dr Tahoes/Yukons are about as rare as it gets when you’re talking about full-sized SUV’s. The only thing less common is a 2wd K5 and you’ve got one of those too lol. GLWS, it looks like a nice truck.

is there a benefit to having the 2wd on this truck? not trying to be a dick, im just curious… i listed the 4x4’s bc i thought if anything theyd be more expensive?

arent ALL police tahoes 2wd? I see them at police auctions all day long for dirt cheap.

Different animal, since likely none of the ones you’re talking about are 2 door or of this body style. Most people in this area won’t understand the value of this truck since most have never seen one. It’s not exactly a numbers matching classic muscle car, but it’s pretty rare for what it is and this one seems to be done right and not hacked up.

when your putting a truck towards the pavement and not towards the sky you always want to start with 2wd…i’m guessing thats what makes the 2wd ones more expensive along with the rarity of them.

I never knew they made a 2wd 2 door. I thought any of the 2wd’s I saw were custom built that way.

There never was a 2wd Bronco from the factory.

gotcha

2wd K5’s started in 1969 and ran till 1982. 2wd 2dr Yukon’s/Tahoe’s ran from 95-99. GM was actually the only dealership besides dodge (ram charger) to have a 2dr 2wd SUV.

Not to change the subject here but IDK where you go to your auctions but NYS Police Tahoes do not go for less than 4k on a bad day. And to answer your questions MOST are 2WD BUT they also have 4WD which are usually located in the rural areas they patrol. If you are look at ANY GM fullsize pick up/blazer if the 5th digit in the vin is a K its 4WD

clean ass truck. Begging to body drop and bag, lay rockers!

GLWS!

holy shit i see this truck everyday on my way home. you live over by saratoga airport, in rowlands hollow east, right?

Yeah, sort of. Just crashing with a friend till I can move into my new house.
