A little update :)

Whats up everyone. I have been hearing alot of buzz lately concerning the shop etc. Just wanted to update everyone with the facts so as to dispell any rumours etc.

  1. Lee is gone. He quit, he was burned out / discouraged. While we are sad to see him go, life must go on, Press-on-regardless. We have hired on Matt (Lowlyoilburner) to take his place. Matt is a fully trained and certified welder and I am proud to call him one of my guys here at Hybrid. You can see some of his work below.

  1. I am hearing rumours from customers that they have been told by others that we are closing and going out of business. Honestly this is news to me lol. I’m here to stay. Plain and simple. We are here to provide the best service for all of our WNY friends.

  2. Our hours of operation have changed slightly. We are now open from 8am to 5pm. If someone needs to make arrangements to drop a car late or pick up later that generally isn’t a problem so long as we know about it

  3. We believe in what we do and take our jobs very seriously. I am a trained and certified technician and have been for many many years now. I have busted my ass to make sure that you guys get the best possible service and knowledge. As most of you know we don’t mess around. If you have a question we will give you an honest answer and opinion based on our YEARS of experience working on as many high performance imports as we have. Odds are at this point we have been there and done it.

Matts welding certifications will be on display for all to see when they visit the shop, Gary is well on his way to being a fully certified ASE Master Technician. He is a Master Technician in my book but he will soon have his papers to prove it. And as always my certifications are posted first thing in the shop and constantly updated and recertified. This way you all know and trust the fact that we take our jobs serious and can have confidance in our workmanship. NO CORNERS CUT. We are indeed the most knowledgable place in an honest to God 100 mile radius. I have customers from all over the northeast and southern Canada who come to see us and have work done because they have heard of our reputation. We want to continue to serve our friends here in WNY as best we can by staying on top of our game and being a source of knowledge and help. Call on us anytime that’s what we are here for. You are paying for excellence, we are damn sure going to give it to you. Below are SOME of my certifications.

Also I would like to add, although we do not offer tuning, yet, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE here will be AEM Factory Certified within the month

I have the knowledge and experience to properly diagnose driveablility problems quickly and efficiently. It only makes sense that we take that expertise and expand upon it and help you out more

Thats right, even my accountant can tune your car :stuck_out_tongue:
