Anyways I was on the thruway tonight and I saw a bunch of bikes right on my ass and the one starts to go around me so I floor it. I look over and this guy on a white and blue gixxer that was trying to get around me had to down shift again to get in a lower gear and flew past me along with 2 or three more bikes. I just was wondering if it was anyone of you guys on here. Flying down the thruway with a bunch of bikes going 110-115 was a blast lol. Wasn’t the smartest thing but it sure was the highlight of my night. Would have hung with you guys a lot longer but I was on my way home from a car meet 6 hours away. Thanks for the fun times tho.

A ford escort ZX2 lol. It’s not fast but it’s not slow. Haven’t been to a track yet but it should run in the mid to high 14’s. It’s full bolt on minus cams and tuning Plus a fully ported head with oversized ford racing valves, 10.5:1 compression.

ya comming to work last night 2 bikes past me on the thruway going at least 100. flew right past a cop who sat there and kept shooting radar. people who are asses on bikes give good responsible bikers a bad name
These zx2’s really do have some potential. Cosworth block, head work, and a turbo and they move pretty well.
Then again, I never saw one like that in person.

No offense but I hate when cars try to keep with us on the thruways, we get that enough on the streets from kids in their mom’s minivans and corollas.

Not saying I do or don’t, just saying that everyone and there mother thinks that we want to constantly race or play in traffic, sometimes we just like to cruise and it’s relatively easy to do such at 100 on a bike.
