abs light

This just happend when i was driving home from downtown just a few minutes ago.

My abs light came and when i pressed the brake pedal my stereo cut out.
So i pulled over and shut my car off for a little bit and tired to start it up.

It was turning over like the battery was low on power, and couldn’t turn the engine over fast enough to start it. Fortuneately i was on top of a hill and bump started it.

I’m going to look at it in the morning when there’s daylight.
Oh and its a 1990 hatch stock ka24e

If someone knows what the problem is off hand, that be great :frowning:

Could be your alternator is dead and the car is running off battery power and you are getting weird electrical issues. Id start there.

yup, alternator is exactly what it ended up being
and the car complete died while attempting to make a left turn through one of london’s busier intersections, so i had to jump out and push it the rest of the way through, didn’t have enough momentum to coast through lol
part comes in tomorrow, so all good i guess haha :stuck_out_tongue:
