i walked around on a torn ACL and fucked meniscus for 3+ years from football in HS. I used to be able to dislocate my kneecap on command and relocate it with a loud popping noise. finally went in when it buckled when i was squatting with 315 on, that was scary. Week of no walking followed by another few of it being really “loose” and having to keep it compressed.
