So the guy gets mad one day over a period of months, years. Decides to convince his wife to bail on their regularly scheduled life, come from S A, build bombs, rig their vehicle and home to not allow easy entry, buy tactical gear, learn to shoot and operate weapons and embark on what most would consider a suicide mission.
Then after you accomplish your mission of harming/killing your co-workers, you just have a bunch of spare bombs and ammo prepared for tomorrow? But this was just some isolated incident with no motive other than disliking your co-workers. This sounds a little more well thought out than someone going “Postal” like back in the day.

I have an AR with a 30 round and an AK with a 10 round mag. Reloading them is a bitch, especially toward the end when they get full, and I don’t think they could have sat there and done that. 10 rounds is the limit in CA. Having 3 10-round pre-loaded mags instead of 1 30-round really isn’t that much more difficult but when you’re trying to get in and out of somewhere and you have to carry 20 mags around it slows you down.
I just get pissed off at the “California banned high-capacity mags and assault weapons and this still happened” argument, when the laws are full of loopholes and didn’t apply to anything in this scenario.
Also, if it turns out that he was connected with Muslim terrorist groups and this was a religious jihad thing I’ll be the first to admit my hypothesis was wrong. I was watching all day yesterday and the facts of the case screamed co-worker revenge…when he turned out to be Muslim I tried to not let that bias my opinion by itself. Let’s see what they find out.

I believe LZ was referring to RELOADING as in changing out FULLY LOADED MAGAZINES.
if these assholes only had 10 rd magazines, they would just carry a lot more of them… it takes 1-3 seconds to change out an AR mag depending on where you are storing your mags.
The fact that some states can dictate what types of rifles you can and cannot own, and also what size magazines you can and cannot own blows my mind. i can’t wait until we get someone in office who has to balls to tell these states that they are infringing on the constitutional rights of their citizens…

When a crazy white Christian shoots up a planned parenthood the left cries, “You right wingers are responsible because of all your rhetoric against planned parenthood”.
Two Muslims shoot up a Christmas party and the left cries, “you can’t judge all of them by the actions of a couple crazy people”.
The flip side of course being that a couple crazy Muslims shoot up a Christmas party and the right cries, “see, this is why we need to stop letting Muslims into this country”.
