Well, if you buy those ones, many people will call you a ricer, most likely including myself 
The actual JDM kouki lights will go for 400-600USD

p.s. It’s not like they are going on a dull stock body 240, then yes they would look incredibly rice, but the car is freshly painted with a bodykit so I think otherwise.
Good for you. I get flack for wanting to put an american aluminum V8 into my S13, but it’s not about what other ppl like/dislike, it’s what -you- like. With the right car, I think they could look really good. Unfortunately, I don’t know the pricing.

It’s right there on the damn ebay page… $250 for the ricer tails vs ~4-6 for new koukis.
I say; do a DIY job. Some people i know (who have a combined IQ of 80, so anyone can do it) would take apart their old tails, and just get a translucent vynly/material to match the cars colour…
so theyd tint their tail lenses the colour of their car. Ill never EVER spend money on after market tails…but I would considder a DIY jobby…Not to mention the clean factor on that would be sick.
go with the rice, its not all about being “jdm tyte yo” do what u like on your car, kouki’s are nice but played out like a ho on payday, well either way i like them both , as long as u dont get the chrome ones those are ugly as sin, well hope u make hte right decision,

Go for whatever your heart desires. IMHO, these lights look pretty good, and I would consider putting them on my car as well.

I saw those tails too…I think they would look pretty decent on a black car…look 10 times better then the chrome ones too

I like the kouki’s more, but whatever floats your boat.
Keep in mind though…When I bought my kouki’s the came with a new underpeice (to replace the stock one) as the lights are a slightly different shape. Those lights, I’ve heard, also need the underpanel but its not included in the price…and I don’t think that underpanel is easy to come by at all?
