A little background info. I bought a 96 KA wiring (NO ABS, auto - my car has ABS, auto) harness to minimize my swap downtime and had it sent out to Enjuku along with my S14 SR harness.
I got is back and everything looked cool. I tore my dash apart and thats when I noticed that my KA harness has two more plugs than my SR harness. Ill let the pictures do the explaining. Im getting nervous here cause I HAVE to start my swap on monday and if this harness is wrong them Im in serious shitola.
*Notice the plug by the ECU plug and the one to the right side of the picture. Arent they supposed to be out in the engine bay? cause that plug doesnt resemble an interior plug at all.
*What are these three plugs for? My SR wiring harness is missing the wires running to the two top plugs.
*Heres a better look at the wires that I dont have.

*What is that loom of wires that runs under the carpet and to the back of the car?
Here you can see the SR harness, none of those two plugs that you can see on my KA harness. There are 5 bare wires in the background that have no plug.
Aright dude it looks like everything is ok, the three connectors you’re talking about LOOK like chassis wiring not wiring you remove so you should be ok there, the M63 plug is there and wired up so thats the most important part, the car will run just worst case you might be missing some accessories, however I think it looks fine.
You told heavy throttle Zenki KA chassis with Zenki/Kouki SR right? As long as you told them the right chassis setup you’re fine
Yeah its hard to tell from the pictures I know. Ive been using the FSM as a resource and the harness section just refers back and forth from plug to plug. It doesnt actually tell me what they are.
The car is a 95 zenki.

I figured most of the stuff was accessories and as long as the engine runs Ill be happy. Im just worried I wont have taillights and my drive home from the shop is 60K +.
When I sent the harness out to Estevan at Enjuku I told him the year of car and an S14 SR. I just recently found out that I have a later model SR. When I went to wire my SAFC in I had to use the diargram for 96.5-98 SR engines. The ECU pinout you have posted on sequence is different from mine. But Im sure he knew that when he was wiring it in.
What do you guys think about those two plugs though? They sure as hell dont look like the below inside the car.
He would know it was a kouki S14 because of the white connector, so I think you’ll be ok dude. Estevan is a really smart guy, and I dont think he’d fuck you over like that. Plug everything in, put a relay on that empty relay box (that is for ignition coil power you will have no spark without it) and you should be good to go
That loom that runs to the back of the car is not connected to the engine harness, don’t worry about htat. Disconnect the engine harness only, its like the M63 plug, the ECU plug and maybe one or two other little plugs thats it.
Your brake lights will work even with no engine harness so if they’ve stopped working you’ve taken too much stuff apart
I’m not sure what those are for dude! My SR doesn’t have anything like that on it, and I don’t remember my KA wiring harness having anything like that on it either. I’ll check an FSM for you though in a bit, just working on a video right now
Well I know what those two plugs that look to be from outside are now… They are for the igniter. It fit like a glove. I guess he moved it inside the cockpit since I know its supposed to mount in the vicinity of the left shock tower, saves on wiring I guess.
