I’d be also interested in attending said meeting…More investors disperses risk but it also disperses profits, it’s important not to take on dead weight. I think meeting up would be a good first step to see what everyone has in terms of ideas, single net and location are a definite plus. Me having a nine to five is a definite minus.
busy hours would be after 5.
im interested.
i deff couldent see more than 3 maybe 4 people going in on this deal. like said above more people less profit.
If you guys wanted to sell some shares im game

“NYSpeed Island Tan”
Partnerships on a small scale like this suck…i tried that once. You’re better off owing it youself, finding investors if need be. The money you would be splitting with a partner you could hire a consultant until you get off the ground…then cut them out of the picture and you have sole ownership and don’t have to split the profits.
just saying.
if you’re partnering up just to split the risk… remember risk = reward.
Give it 6 months and we will all look like this:
I am available to pass out towels to the ladies.
Only if we could make your custom title “Towel Boy”
I hope this works out better than the Bubble Tea did that was supposed to open on Elmwood by some UBRF members…
Not sure if I have a most up to date resume to bring along. I will toss together a personal balance sheet quick though. Not that much (accounts wise) on it though.
I’m out.
Good luck guys.
Im not crazy about the venue (tanning salon) but I wouldn’t mind meeting up with some other business minded young professionals (ie. Joe). Therefore, I would like to attend to meet everyone and feel the scenario out a little.
I want to get involved with something but the big issue with this one after doing some research is the limited market you have on GI.
Tanning services are pretty common so you would need some really exclusive service to draw people to the island to come there which I know that the target market of college girls and high schoolers who just want to tan will stick local to their tanning place.
