Or ask him to see his state-issued and approved training certificate for the meter. He can’t, because it doesn’t exist, which makes it illegal to use in court, which means you don’t even have to let him.

I had a buddy get pulled over for tint in a tinted out K9 vehicle. Irony. I told him to tell the cop he was driving with a dog, too (he was with his girlfriend).

And ask when the meter was last calibrated. Probably never was.
