Sorry, I’m still buying Dell.
I had more warranty claims with dell than i can remember and I never had a problem. The course of action:
1.) go on online chat
2.) Tell indian flat out which part was bad, and why
3.) have them create work order for replacement and send part to local tech
4.) receive phone call from tech next day, have him come to my house and fix it
5.) win.
this has been for everything from hard drives and motherboards to smashed LCD’s from throwing laptop across the room drunk. the contractors they have here to fix the stuff are all pretty cool actually, ive never had a problem with them.
You my friend, have made this year so much better.

yea I LOVE my xps, and when they fucked up the shipping on my tv and 360 they MORE than compensated me for it… big :tup: to them from my own personal experiences…
