any good local exhaust shops??

They didnt fuck up my brother’s old truck or a few other people I know’s cars
They put duals on my brother’s S10.

exactly duals on a truck, GIIITTT ERRRRRRRR DONNNEEE

GTFO

Whats wrong with duals on a truck? Im getting duals when my current exhaust falls off. That might be a while because its not even rusty.

okay, so there are a few good stories, not enough to outweigh the amount of shit i’ve heard. i’d rather have a mandrel exhaust, and not a crush bent piece of junk that hits off the trailing arms/ floor, etc…

I definately wouldnt take anything to Pete’s in Schenectady. My friend had one of their exhausts fall off and they cobbed the shit out of my brother’s Neon (2.5" muffler on a smaller pipe)

^^^ i get most of my supplies there when i build my own. good people, and great prices.

i’ve had 2 exhausts done there in the past and have had no complaints, but it matters who is doing the work. lots of popcorn welds done there, but its cheap as hell.

They put a 2.5" muffler on a 2" pipe, filled the gap with a bead of weld and spray painted it silver on the Neon.
Shitty welds on it too.

lol thats hilarious.

the single chamber race mufflers sound great , they will last under a car as long as it aint driven in winter

i swear by magnaflow. they last awhile, sound great, affordable, and there are a ton of different styles to fit anything.

thank you, and they flow just like any other muffler, the flowmasters that are restrective are the 40, 50, and 80 series which are big ass mufflers, the single chamber race mufflers are nothing and sound great, 10 series i believe

i had the flowmaster single chambers on my 93 for a bit but i ran the borla xr1,s in a bullet design shear sexy sound the kid i sold the exh to still has it and loves it

30 series :thumbup

I had Force II’s and they sounded awful

you havent driven your car in years what are you talking about…taking it out 4-5 times a year doesnt count. When you DD your car, then I will consider your input.

talking about ponys…whens yours going to come out and play??

+1, ive had a magnaflow on my audi for almost 3 years and it sounds great and looks excatly like when i put it on

magnaflows are great, but they hide the lope of a cam because they tend to be quiet mufflers, if your cammed you def wanna hear that thing hit, unless your trying to hide it

i agree they deff are more quiet mufflers

I would go for a x-pipe. low end torque FTW.

Ill look for this guys number that did some work for my car. Hes got a shop at his house besides his business. He can do stainless also.
