The motor was presented to this gentelmen with THE HARNESS.
Sasha did not forget to give him the harness, 240coupe forgot to take the harness.
It is not theft if someone forgets to take a part.
Contact was made, Sasha spent some of his time looking for a harness at his own expense after 240coupe forgot to take the harness himself, but he does not have the time to spend an entire day looking for a harness instead of working on other customers cars.
The harness was stolen from the parking lot behind Sasha’s shop.
If anyone has been there you will realize why, as its in a rough part of town.
I will make the explination easier for the people of son as aparently you need it.
You buy a PS3 and games from BestBuy, you take the PS3 to your car and leave.
You get home and realize you forgot the games sitting beside your car in the parking lot.
What are you going to do call BestBuy and say they stole your games from the parking lot?
Actually your wrong DTS the harness was not presented to me thats how i forgot to take it. and i called back to get it but never got it and your little scenario dosnt work because i didnt leave the harness outside the store i forgot it in the store in the owners hands now ofcourse unless the owner is shady i would be able to go back and get my videogames
of course if the harness was given to me and i forgot it outside and it got lost/stolen its my fault.
But in this case its not my fault because it was left inside called sasha right after i left to come back and get it and he verified that he still had it.
And sasha legally cant even work on cars hes not certified
