I have a 2006 Centurion Elite V. Ride behind newer Axis and Malibus quite frequently as well, though.
I miss having the wakeboard, just never had a tower to ride behind. Only had the opportunity once to do that behind a nice boat with a tower and a killer wake.

Anyone ever try this before? Such a blast!!! Difficult for many to learn and balance but when you get it, you glide in the water like nothing, its a whole new excitement on the water.
I rode with a dude once that competes at a pro level on the hydro foil. He jumps so high that he is usually a few feet above the tower on the boat. It’s unreal.
Those things also cost something like $6,000 on the low-side.
they have significantly dropped in price now. For a good name, yes… I could easily see that price. I looked and found a cheap quality one for about $800-$1000 iirc.
They are fun though! Could get painful learning as well. Just moving your arms a little send you face first into the water. lol
I always wanted a hydrofoil but the cost and storage issues on the boat turned me off. It’s perfect if you have a waterfront cottage or home so you can store your towables on shore, not so great when you have to take everything with you for a day on the water in the boat.
yeah most of the guys have special tower racks designed to hold the foil. I know you don’t have a tower JayS, so I could see that being really cumbersome.
