So wait, I need to get a temp permit at least, in order to register the car? Can’t register at all without insurance? again, I’m not planning to drive it for a month~ anyway.
Just buy it and let it sit in your driveway. My vert sat around for like 3 weeks before I registered it and nothing was said to me at the office.
Unless you want to tow your car around, do what you want, if you want to drive it when your ready and be able to take it for etest and etc legally, take my advice.
