Has anyone done a sr engine swap there or seen a engine they did. Does it look like a hacked job or professional done. Does 5500 for swap+Ac+water pump a decent price?
Riworx is a great shop, Riyad is a good dude who is great at wiring. I know multiple people who have had swaps done through them and heard nothing but good things

i’m sure you’ve heard this before, but unless $5500 means nothing to you, i would suggest doing the swap yourself. great learning experience, saves money, and you can do things exactly the way you want. personally, i refuse to pay someone else to do things for me unless absolutely necessary. that being said, an SR swap isn’t exactly on the list of hard things to do.
^This. I’ve done 2 SR swaps on my own car already, and even though they took longer than anticipated (there’s almost always a few bugs to work out), I still wouldn’t think twice about doing another one myself if I had to.
I know exactly how my car is put together, and that makes fixing problems down the road a LOT easier. Plus, I know everything’s done right.

That being said, I have been to riyads shop in the past to buy some parts, prices were great and looks like he knows what hes doing.
His work is clean and he knows what hes doing.
If your question is wrt to the price then I do think 5500 is quite high for an SR swap.
Try negotiating a little on the price or ask for a break down on that 5500. As I said workmanship A+.
wihthout being cheap we all need to save a few bucks here and there.

Some people are just cheap. Some people rather do it them selves. Some would rather have it done right the first time.
Riyad is a business man, running a business. If you think the price is high, he will break it down for you.

5500 is including tax give or take couple bucks. It includes complete stock s14 ( rad+sidemount) into zenki. Wiring done and also installing ac and with oem water. Will replace clutch for free if I want at the time of install .

On topic, that seems like a lot of cash for a swap to me.
Dont want to critisize, Hes good at wiring, but for some reason he does car wiring his way. Shawn if you remember your Sr was wired in a way that you couldnt transfer it from 1 car to another. And wiring a thermo fan controller straight to the batterey without a relay? Your asking for your batt to get crapped out. The turbo elbow’s he does on some of the Rb swaps in the 240’s look so brutal. But he always gets them running right.
Hes a Great guy from what I have seen but there are a lot of people who are not happy with his work and prices. He also hooks it up if your a returning customer so thats why most people ride his nuts. But again thats the nature of the car culture. Not everyone is always gonna be happy with your work.
Bought my rb20 from him. He showed me the engine running and had the engine in the truck in a few hours.
