Have you been able to use their website? Every time I try to make a transaction for the past 2 weeks or so, it keeps telling me “an error has occurred” with a link pointing back to the home page.
it’s pissing me off to no end. Ended up getting surcharged because I had too much in my checking account (can’t transfer it to my savings) :tdown: Has it been giving you errors too?
yea… happened to me when I needed to transfer from savings to checking to make a mortgage payment, I think I was actually the first person to report the error because I had upgraded right away. Took a bit with tech support to figure out what was going on but when I mentioned the browser upgrade they tested it out and turned out to be FF3. However I am surprised it is still not fixed :tdown:
yeah, that is pretty shitty that they haven’t bothered fixing it :tdown: at least it works in IE though. Thanks again man, you saved me an angry trip to the bank this afternoon lol
