Has anybody ever had a fuel pressure gauge that was mounted on the hood stolen? I’m debating whether I should sell it and buy a liquid-filled one for under hood, or just mount the sucker on my hood.
Any body ever have one stolen/damaged?

Dappie99 has had one on his hood for a while now. and the car was parked at CAL outside, overnight all the time.
although at cal they steal wheels, spoilers and exhausts before they would steal a functioning gauge off the hood
Alright, my I was talking about this with my friend, and he brought up the suggestion that since the problem with non-liquid filled gauges is the motor vibration, what if I ran a hose to help absorb the vibration and then mounted it on the firewall? I can’t see this being any more vibration than the hood, and no one would steal it?
