if your cam sensor took a shit your car would still start…
cam sensor is for fuel
crank is for spark
cam takes a shit, it will read a defult off of the crank
The car will sit won’t start…it will crank and crank not start…Its getting fuel till the rail…I reset the PCM it will start and run multiple times once it sits for 6-7 hours back to the not starting.
It then throws a code…
I reset the PCM and it starts again.
