PCI called me for an interview, just wondering if anyone has worked for them and has anything good or bad to say.What should I look for in the interview, anything other then a normal interview? How are the workers/management there, anything to look out for? Is the job worth it to start off in the IT field? What should i expect?

They had a datacenter position I thought about applying for I was curious to see what they pay…I hear good things about them.
They have had the same job ads posted for a while now…
I work with them daily.
The guys who work the help desk sound like they want to kill themselves everyday.
There are a lot of dicks that I have had experiences with… but they do pretty good work.

I had an interview scheduled with them when i finished school last spring but i ended up taking another contract instead. I prefer public sector IT over private, especially companies like PCI. If you’re just looking to step into the field, it may not be a bad option, but i don’t think they pay very well.
Also, avoid a shithole called alternative information systems right down the street from PCI at all costs, they’re complete scumbags.
Yeah they ran the help desk at National Fuel when i worked there, those guys definitely sounded they heard enough PEBKAC and ID10T errors to kill themselves.
I think Jrex works there at the help desk. My brother works there too and seems to like it. The pay is reasonable I guess.
Who at help desk doesn’t want to kill them selves every day?
