Anyone know this car?

.

The bank probably owns your cars.

.

I never even had my car up for 14k. And you might have been looking at trade in value not private party. All the sites said 11500-12k. I told you I wanted 10500 and you said ok. I told you we could do the deal the next day after I got out of work. Then the next day you said you had found the same car but for cheaper and you were buying it. From the looks of your sig you do not have the same car. Just sayin

.

I put right in there that i was the one who said we had to wait till the next day. It might be 9700 now because it is almost winter and you looked at mid spring. Value of a rwd car does go up and down when it comes to summer and winter. I know this because i look at my car value all the time. Hell I just bought that TL and I have already checked the value of it since I bought it. When you looked at it the value was 11,700 and I know that for a fact. Dont understand where you would have been over paying if we had a deal on 10,500 and the value was 11,700. I still got those wheels for you if you Have the cash for them $850 and there yours.

.

wheres the convo recording? i came here for the convo recording.

You guys are so butthurt because he wants to try and get a deal? Holy shit, let him do what he wants. You must be the people that list things on eBay with Buy it Now and Best Offer… I submit an offer for $350 on an item listed for $400 Buy it Now, and I get a counter offer of $399.38.

I never said you had no intention of buying it. I just said my opinion was that you like to throw cash in peoples faces to see what they will take. And yes my car is gone and you have a new toy as well. I was just stating my opinion.

I’ve seen this car in person. It’s been in an accident, its been repainted the same pearl white as Brians 99 prelude. Except some of the panels are painted pearl, some are just plain white. Missing it’s spare tire, and some other stuff. I just remember looking at this car and saying, what a POS. This was a while ago. Back when i had my s2k still

Just this morning I deposited $45.90 into my checking.

Straight cash too and real change- no pennies no nickels.

Other than a smirk from the teller- no issues from the bank whatsoever.

Was this Tom Palone’s old car???

.

I just want to say a big LOL at owning 2 BMW’s, trying to buy a s2k with a “baller” stack of money and still RENTING. Way to be a mini T money.

.

Be careful what you say about T-money, he apparently wants to fight me now :lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol

Not kidding, he does.

Theres nothing wrong with what this dudes trying to do. No place does that guy say he is firm on the price, and that car is not worth 18k in the slightest. 11.5k might even be a bit much considering the history nick described.

I think that both of them are KINDA right. One the one hand the owner wants to get as much as he can for the car, you really cant blame him for that. I dont know if the car is actually worth that, im not an expert on those cars. On the other hand, you cant blame scrapper for trying to pay as little as possible, because he wants to save cash. Put yourselves in their place and tell me you’d act differently.
Also, just sending a MUCH lower number as an offer to the seller kinda makes you a lowballer, if you just say 11k. Try telling him WHY you think its worth what you think it’s worth. It will at least make you seem like a logical person. If you explain that to him, he may consider you as one of the back up offers he got if the car doesnt go for asking price. if you just give him a low number, he wont even think of it twice. give him a reason to keep you in mind. theres really nothing wrong with haggling over a price of a used car. definitely confirm that its been in an accident or if its as mint as he makes it seem. look at the whole car, get under it and find flaws, at least justify your low offer.
