anyone lift?

2 times a day split routine.

Believe it or not, yes I lift. Have a smith machine in the basement so I don’t need a spotter. It took me over a year and a half to put 10 pounds on, and that was by eating as much as I could. I can bench 140% of my weight. We’ll leave it as a percentage. :smiley:

i can get u into the washington barbell club for 150 bucks a year!
its a power lifting club i belong to

I lift a little and one good way to get ur bench up is to work on tricep strengh (skull crushers, pushdowns etc…) Also working a pyramid starting with low weight and working down in reps and up in weight has been productive, internal and external rotation at the end of your work out will help increase the support muscles used in the bench press also

i did pyramids for a while.they def. made me stronger but i gained no body mass.i’m on this new workout called HIT that basically for chest eliminates the flat bench and uses just the invert and other exercises that help with bench so it will improve my max on my max out days.
