Anyone losing weight over winter?

I guess it isn’t all that easy. I just mean less physically taxing to me since I just diet well, do HIIT circuits and run 20+ miles a week cutting. If that doesn’t make ya drop lbs then FYL.

But yes body type and challenges are real.

I’ve lost about 10 lbs in the past 3 months. Need to lose about 5 more.

UGHHHHHHHHHHHH HIIT CIRCUITS :fu: :fu: :fu:

I’d like to gain 10-20, I should probably workout though.

I’d like to lose bodyfat over the winter, I don’t want to lose weight.

well 18 months ago I was 195, 12 months ago I was 248, currently I’m back down to 225, I’d like to loose another 25 but at the same time tone up a bit, I’m 6’1, so I think that’ll be a good weight

i pack mass on pretty easily as well. my muscle memory for my legs is pretty out of hand from racing bikes like lance until i graduated highschool. i can easily build up and leg press a dump truck for distance but i’ll be damned if i can bench over 225 without serious effort in training for it. never had any real upper body mass growing up and my shoulders aren’t exactly very stable either.

i’m 6’ 240 now… military/highschool weight was around 180lbs, need to get under 200 and i’ll be happy, shouldn’t be that hard.

ive gained a solid 25 lbs from the start of summer from gymin/eating right. still would like a put on another 10-15 this winter

Started 2 months ago. Lost 29 so far. 50 by spring.

I was 175-185 in highschool but graduated at 165 after a spring of landscaping. i worked 5 summers landscaping and every winter I put on about 5 lbs. Since I stop landscaping in fall of '08 I went up to 195, then this past summer 205 and I had enough. I’m 5’9" and I’m back down to 198 now. Looking to get back in that 165-175 range. For me its hard to find time to get to the gym

I finally stepped on a scale a couple weeks ago (haven’t owned one since I moved out of my parents 7 years ago) I was at 175 (I’m typically 165 and I haven’t been doing much of anything the past year with this back injury) so I lost so much muscle and gained fat. I’m 5’11"

since then I’ve been consistently cycling every day, playing hockey 3-4x a week now, abs are coming back. just need to join a gym down here and get to work, I’ve been getting my ass kicked in hockey (so tired 3/4 way through every shift, losing battles in corners, etc) so I need to get back on it hard

shocking as it may sound due to the weight I’ve dropped. I havent spent a minute in the gym.

The only exercise I get is working on cars, and horizontal jogging. I’ll probabaly get some free weights and do some high rep light load routines.

hardest part for me is motivation… what am i doing right now? nothing. posting on the interwebs, when i could be working out.

How tall are all you people? I Would expect most of you to be atleast 20lbs heavier than I, but im 6’2… I Could careless how much i weigh, its more so being toned, gaining muscle, the weight will just come/go with it. Doing it more so myself than to pick up hot babes at the beach…

Mr Boater abs sellout Fry :stuck_out_tongue:

edit:
And karter i never would have guessed you weighed that much, how much were you when ive met you?

Yeah, I grunt when I work it out. That way everyone can see how jacked and tan I am.

SWOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

I carry it well. its not all fat haha, once apon a time I was pretty jacked while still being fat.

I was probabaly 325 when you met me.

What about your eyes impede working out? Inner pressure problem or something?

just the heavy lifting, it can be a cause of the internal bleeding, and I had a reoccurance of bleeding after a year stable, after I helped lift that elliptical into the back of a pickup truck when I sold it to afrank.

i started going to the gym 4x a week in september. ive dropped from roughly 225lbs down to 202lbs. ive gained decent muscle mass and went down from a 38" waist to a 34".

lately ive been checking out gyms closer to my house cause my membership at BAC is done at the end of this month. im thinking either fitness 360 or terries

I plan on losing weight and putting on some muscle. I’m currently 6’ 185lbs, but am used to being around 160ish. I’m not so much worried about losing the weight, but putting on muscle for the pounds instead of fat…
