i need my turbo to manifold welded on .
if i use bolts it will come loose agian.
so this way it wont.

it will prolly take just one rod.

ill buy you a six pack.

how thick is your mani?
i got a couple of guys including myself who could do it for ya.
il talk to them tomorow.

do you want to arc it or just mig it?
if the hole is tiny enought, i would just mig it.

have you welded before?
do you have access to a mig welder?
good practice is just taking 2 uneven peices of metal and practicing. then check for penetration.

yah but id have to wait till friday.
and a week without my car = not cool. lol
so i thought if thers someone out there that will do it for
some beer or 10 bucks or soemthing then why not get it done earlier.

I have a friend who is a welder.
I will talk to him tomorow morning.
My thought are he will GLADLY do it.

You would have to bring your manifold here tho.

If its the stock cast mani, use stick (mig would work). If you have a tubular SS mani, only tig it.

Your turbine housing is cast iron. I won’t go into detail about why you don’t want to weld that, but suffice to say it’s not a good idea for that joint (turbo to mani), and it probably won’t last.

Which manifold are you using?

Why do you want to weld the turbo to the manifold?? Why not just tack the nuts and studs so they dont loosen off again…
