I store mine in my 2.5 car heated garage next to my wifes car. I won’t “pickle it” till the snow flys.

Still working on finding a winter car. My winter car from last year is no longer available.
The V was a California car that has never touched the white stuff and I want to keep it that way.
Granted, I have lost the backend with minimal acceleration around a corner in the rain so I don’t want to test it in the winter.

I have to clean up the car, wax it and spray the hinges clean the garage and soon it shall be stored, anyone think I should change the oil before I store it?
Talking about possible snow tomorrow, but not enough for me to consider putting the snow tires on yet.
I always change the oil before because the dirt will settle over a winter and its not good on the first start in spring. I also have heavy plastic under the carpet in my garage

Mine is always stored right in my garage, ughh i suppose i will take it off the road prob after this weekend, if for no other reason, Psycopjv needs his manifold back so he can move his car, and I have TurboLs1ss’ throttle body as well. My whole car is put together with everyone else’s parts

Change your oil, its easy to understand that letting your engine sit for an extended period of time in clean oil is better than it sitting with dirty oil.
