haha, oops, yea my bad. I dunno, shouldnt be this much work to get it up and running. Its probly something very very simple we are overlooking,. freakin hardware. I like to have everything in front of me when troubleshooting, obviously :bash:
which is why i’m asking for help i’m all out of ideas…but here’s one thing tho…with this board i don’t HAVE to set it up in a raid config i can do a non-raid setup which i won’t need the raid drivers when installing windows. but it wont’ let me do that either…so i’m starting to think it’s not a raid config problem there’s a problem somewhere else

sounds like what happened when the capacitors in the midplane of amanda’s G5 started to go bad.
computer wont’ POST now…board gets power (ie fans turn on) but that’s it, no beeps nothing…i think this thing is doa and is going back on monday
