I have 8 rental units all with good condtion but old / weathered countertops and this is looking like the best option for them as long as it proves to be relatively durable long term.
The manufacturer aldo offers a scratch guard finish option which improves wearability but lessens the “depth” of the colors but improves surface durability. Nothings’ ever the best of both worlds. Surfaces can also be re-epoxied if it ever came to that.
What did that job for the tattoo studio run?
Decided to do my driveway in an effort to help with the sale of my house. Driveway was pretty sound but had some wear areas since it was about 12 years old. May final color it tonight ir wait till Monday. Not sure of the weather.

Managed to get the final color on before the downpour. This is pretty much what it’ll look like when sealed.
I need this done on my driveway, it looks way more gooder than raw concrete! I will start saving money now.

yea i drove by the other day and saw this, looks great! your house is one of my favorites on the street just becasue of the corner lot. That lot isnt your correct? but it makes everythign more open i guess and i doubt anyone will ever build there

Yeah, I saw you goin by. I think I was whooped sittin on the side deck. Corner lot belongs to the neighbor next door. The previous owner of my house expressed interest in buying it from the town, then the neighbor swooped in and bought it out from under them so they own it. I don’t go on it, but it does make for an open feeling. It was never a buildaable lot but I think they were looking to buy it to drop a garage since my house doesn’t have one. So much for that.
You could have bult a serious man cave/shop on tht spot. not that the town would have ever allowed it…ha

A little interior work with the coating system. Friend of mine had a small bathroom she’s updating. Floor was sound, but we decided that removing the tile would be messy and would create issues with the threshold into the bathroom as well as the cove base tile that surrounded the walls. This was a perfect fit for coating. She’s going to be using a grey theme so that determined the color. Sorry for the finished pic. Took it when the sealer was still wet. She was very pleased with it.
That counter tops looks great. Nice job. You put this stuff on everything!
