Give it a shot yourself. Silicon, proper tightening sequence and torque wrench is all you need.
Did mine a year and a half ago, and they’ve been perfect.

Depends what color your car is. Just don’t do black, either how they are now, maybe chrome, or this is always good
my car is purple/red in teh sun and black when theres no sun
don’t do it black, you’ll regret it. if the paint on it now is good, just leave them silver.
