Mr. Baergen is an idiot. “Manufacture” is any alteration to the car prior to it’s first sale. By the act’s own definition of “manufacture”, a car cannot be remanufactured after it’s been sold the first time.
But I’m sure most of you already know this. If this does go to court I hope Baergen get’s fired for being incompetent.
