when I start training or dieting, I don’t go into it all at once. But everybodys diffrent…And for fast food I go to wendys,grilled chicken plain (get a packet of there chile hot sause and put on it) baked potato plain, and a ceaser side salad. Only use a little dressing on the salad, and put a little on the potato.

go buy shit at sams club or something like that. bulk is the way to go. i know i preach all the frozen fruit shit, but sams sells a 3lb bag of already frozen mixed fruit. its pineapple, grapes, peach, strawberries, honeydew. just move it to a zip loc and chuck it in the freezer

how do you guys feel about sandwiches? Like instead of going to McD’s if ya need a fix, how about a turkey sub with fat free italian and some hot peppers. :dunno:
