yougurt isnt that good. high calories in that. if i need a snack that is a lil splurgy, i look for under 100 calories and next to no sugar

also invest in some plastic sealable container so you can take food with you places and so that you can make meals in the morning to eat later in teh day!

got new salads that come with turkey and ham on them they are damn good!! all subway dressings are fat free;) or at least very low fat
just have sme foods on hand and it will be no problem. my big problem is working in a kitchen cooking. its hard not to pick at shit all day. so all i do at work is drink water
